More smiles coming your way........

Isn't Buster just the happiest little guy? We think so. He brings us so much happiness with all his smiles and cooing.

It's so nice that his smiles are now true smiles and not just gas!!!

This Dry House is Shocking....

As you can see by Buster's hair standing on end, our house is very dry. When we give him kisses we give him shocks. Sometimes when we just walk by him we see the sparks fly. He doesn't seem to mind though, he just laughs.

Ok this is funny.....when Craig went to turn on the antena for the TV, he saw a blue spark fly from the tip of his finger and the TV turned off from the power surge. Talk about a dry house!!!!
Our pants crawl up our legs from static as well.

Cooking with Buster

Here I am with Buster trying to help Craig with Fried rice. It seems everytime dinner needs to be made Buster wants some attention. So here we are together making dinner. He was having so much fun in this thing and I was able to have a part in the dinner making process:)

Visit with Grandpa J

We realized that Buster hadnt spent time with Grandpa J lately so we went and saw him at work. Grandpa gave Buster many kisses and enjoyed looking around his office at all his books.

Daddy and Buster

Sometimes Craig wants a chance to feed Buster so here he is feeding Buster "Mommy milk". Buster just stares at him as you can see in the one picture. Craig is such a good dad. Having a little one around is a lot of work and Craig has taken the role of cleaning and cooking. I am so thankful for such a wonderful, godly husband.

Visit with Leroy

The other day we went and visited Leroy-Craigs
second Grandpa in the nursing home. Craig used
to spend many days working on Leroys farm. Up until our visit we didnt have a definete nickname for our little guy and when we were saying goodbye to Leroy, he said "goodbye buster" and we decided that would be his nickname. Thanks Leroy!!!

Smiles smiles smiles

Buster loves to smile and we can't get enough of him. He wakes us up now by smiling and cooing. He is such a happy baby and brings us so much joy. We can't imagine life without our little man. God is so good!!!!

Long lost uncles came to visit.....

My long lost uncle David from Peru came to visit and brought me a Christmas present to wear when I get a little older.

My other long lost uncle Komba from Serria Leone also came and held me and kept me entertained.

These guys are really Daddy's friends from nursing school.

Two month check up

Little man had his two month check up today which included 3 shots. Let me tell you this was very hard as parents. Craig had to hold him while they gave him the shots. He was cooing to his Daddy right before they gave him the shots and then he let out the most horrific screams. I was brought to tears and could not stand to watch.

You can see here his battle wounds.

In the picture below you can see that he was able to find a smile in the midst of all his pain.

Here he is before leaving for the hospital, not knowing what is in store for him. I tell ya, it's tough to be a kid. The only thing is that if these vaccines are not given and he catches something that could have been avoided, we could never forgive ourselves.

Thank you Keith, Nicci, and Mason

Thank you for the warm hat and mittens.
I am officially ready for winter now!!!
There is a cold front coming in and these will keep me warm. Your the best!!!!

Too big for me

Mom put me in this coat but as you can see it is too big for me. I have to get dressed up every time mom finds something new for me.

Who do I look like?

I am just wondering who everyone thinks I look like. Do you think I look like my mommy or my daddy. Let me know.

Surf's up dude!!!!!!!!!

This is me practicing my surfing as a source of tummy time. I have had a lot of tummy time, maybe that is why I can flip the way I do. This is a fun mat I have that has toys and an aquarium with fish that I like to squish.

Rolling over!!!

Yesterday (Jan 5th)I started rolling over. I can do it both to the left and right, and do it from my belly to my back. My total roll over to date is almost 20 times. I am not even 2 months yet, and my book says I should not do this until I am 4-5 months.

As you can see I like to raise my head high as seen in the picture. Then I throw my weight to the way I want to roll, and my head carries me right over. I like to see mom and dad so getting to my back helps me to see them.
