The last of basement pics
Ok, so I know I have posted a lot of basement pictures but this is it! We are completly done decorating and the carpet is in the bedrooms. We are loving it!!! It is like a home away from home downstairs. Preston loves it down here too. There is so many new things for him to look at. FYI, all of the decorations in the family room are from Craig when he was in the Navy. Now all we need is company:) Actually Craig's brother and his family are coming the 1st-8th and our friends Ken and Jen and their 1 year old are coming the 7th-9th. We are open for more too so just let us know:)

Trim complete
Craig finished up the trim last night. He had a couple of friends get him started and then he took off from there. I have to say there is nothing this guy can't do. I am so blessed with a multi talented husband. He even stayed up till 3am to clean up our basement and put it all back together. This is a picture of our completed family room (minus the fireplace) complete with Bamboo shades to tie in our African theme. Now we just have to wait for the carpet guy to get back from vacation and our 2 bedrooms downstairs will be complete as well.

Eric and Rachel
We met our friends half way on Monday to hang out. Rachel and I are 13 days apart in our pregnancies. She is having a boy! Eric enjoyed having Preston ride on his back. We had a picnic lunch, walked along the water and went out for coffee. The guys later went to Home Depot while Rachel and I caught up on pregnancies.
Watch me throw this ball!

Big boy bed
Over the last couple of weeks Preston has been not wanting to sleep in his crib and would wake several times screaming. I decided to give him to option every night this last week of whether he wanted to sleep in his crib or big boy bed. To my surprise he has been choosing his big boy bed every time as well as for naps. We had them both in the same room to help with the future adjustment of transitioning after Audrey is born. I guess there will be no transitioning now as he has already decided what he wants:) He is growing by leaps and bonds and is now mimicking almost everything was say. Not to mention he has been letting me know when he is pooping and peeing and goes and sits on his potty chair but would rather go in his pants while sitting on the chair.
