Cancun

Heather and I went to Cancun yesterday for lunch with our little boys. The boys had a lot of fun letting everyone know that they were there by letting their voices be heard. It's so funny when they discover their voices. Heather and I switched babies for a little while and Preston is in to jumping so he tired out Heather's arms and Connor had fun laughing while I tickled him. It is so much fun watching these two grow up together.

Caution

Preston and I went shopping yesterday so his Daddy could sleep. He works the night shift this week which is a 12 hour shift so we left so the house would be quiet. His new shirt says "Caution: may cause sleepless nights." Craig says it shouldnt say MAY but WILL!!!

Reading

Here is Preston sitting on his stool that my previous boss made for him. I can't believe how well he can sit on it. He is reading his picture book and loves to flip through the pages.

Some of you may know this already but he is teething and has not been very happy these days. He has two bottom teeth that you can now see the whites of very well. He is so emotional all the time and needs lots of TLC.

Indoors

This morning we have been spending the day indoors. Normally we like to spend the day outdoors but today it is very windy out and it is supposed to rain too. Preston is having fun playing in his bathtub without water for a change and I thought I would give him a ride in his Tonka truck.

Happy 3 year Anniversary Craig

Tomorrow Craig and I will be celebrating our 3 year Anniversary. I can't believe how the time has flown and all that has happened since that day we said "I do". Here are a few of our life changing events:

1.We built our first house.

2.Craig graduated from Nursing School.

3. We had a miscarriage.

4. We learned that without Christ we are nothing.

5. Preston was born.

6. We became parents.

7. We became an Aunt and Uncle to 10 nieces and nephews.

8. We traveled to Florida, Georgia, and stayed at the Jekyll Island club. (http://www.jekyllclub.com/)

9. We lost a Grandparent.

10. I quit my job of 5 years to be a stay-at-home mom.

11. We got our first puppy-a pug named Maddie.

12. We competed in a War's bike race and both placed.

13. Craig became a nurse.

Hide and Seek

Last night Preston and I were in his room and I was cleaning up a mess of poo that he did on his mattress. I put Preston on the floor with Maddie and I continued to clean up his room. When I was done I looked for Preston and found him with Maddie underneath his crib................I didn't know that we agreed to play hide and seek.

Aren't they cute? They are quite the pair.

Heather, I had you in mind when I took this picture. I know how you and John love pictures of Maddie.

Baby swing

I picked this up for Preston yesterday and we tried it out when Daddy got home. We had to wait for him so he could set it up. Preston got to swing before he went to bed for the night. He really enjoys it.
